77ub Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the rules governing account management, gaming, bonuses, and payments on the 77ub platform. Please read it carefully before opening an account.
1. Introduction and Consent
1 General Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User") who uses the 77ub platform and all its services ("Services"). By creating an account on 77ub or accessing the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2. Account Management
3 Registration and Verification
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. 77ub may conduct identity verification procedures at any time. Failure to submit the required documents for verification may result in the account being suspended or closed.
- Keeping the account password confidential is solely the user's responsibility.
- Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to the 77ub support team immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
4 Account Suspension and Closure
77ub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Impersonating another user.
- Attempting to exploit any technical error on the platform.
Whether any balance is refunded upon account closure is at 77ub's discretion and depends on the outcome of the investigation.
3. Financial Transaction Policy
5 Deposits
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at 77ub:
- bKash — Mobile Financial Service
- Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Service
- Bank Transfer — Directly from a bank account
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Once a deposit is completed, the balance is generally updated quickly.
6 Withdrawals
Withdrawal rules:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- The same payment method used for the deposit will apply for the withdrawal.
- If a bonus with incomplete wagering requirements is present, the withdrawal process may be temporarily held.
Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
4. Bonus and Promotional Terms
7 Welcome Bonus
77ub offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 120% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more and the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳28,000.
8 Wagering Requirements
Specific wagering (betting) requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit.
- Wagering multiplier: 25 times the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in total bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
9 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or using any other fraudulent method to gain bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and winnings associated with the relevant account will be forfeited.
77ub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
5. Gaming Policy and Fair Play
10 Fair Play Policy
77ub is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the platform are operated by recognized software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, and others.
- Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
- Using any external software or strategy to alter game outcomes is prohibited.
- If a technical error occurs in a game, the result of that round may be voided.
11 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Collusion (fraudulent conspiracy with other players).
- Bonus abuse or application of arbitrage strategies.
- Betting using automated bot software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward other users.
Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and legal action.
6. VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

77ub has a five-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze Level — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver Level — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold Level — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum Level — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond Level — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
VIP tier progression depends on the user's gaming activity. Details on the specific benefits and eligibility criteria for each tier can be obtained from the 77ub support team.
VIP cashback is entirely at 77ub's discretion and may change at any time.

19 Applicable Law
These terms and conditions and all services of 77ub are governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
